Trust and Documentation
Certificate of Authenticity
Every Lei-Kol original is documented, signed, and verified.
What the Certificate Includes
- The painting’s title and completion date
- Dimensions, materials, and technique (heavy-texture acrylic on canvas)
- A statement that the piece is one of one — not a print or reproduction
- The artist’s signature (Lei-Kol)
- A unique identifier linking the certificate to the specific canvas
Why It Matters
For insurance, the certificate establishes value and provenance. For resale, it’s the document a buyer will ask for. For passing the piece down, it tells the next owner exactly what they have.
Without one, proving provenance is harder. With one, you have a signed, dated document from the artist herself.
How to Verify
The certificate ships with the painting. The canvas is signed and dated on the back — the two cross-reference. Lei-Kol maintains records of every piece sold.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the certificate signed by the artist?+
Yes — every certificate is hand-signed by Lei-Kol herself, not stamped or printed.
What if I lose my certificate?+
Contact the studio. Lei-Kol maintains records and can issue a replacement with verification of ownership.
Does the certificate guarantee the piece's value?+
No. A certificate documents provenance and may help with identification, insurance, or resale records, but it does not guarantee an appraisal amount, resale price, or appreciation.
